I can talk through your needs and support the development of toolkits, models and business documentation that engage your stakeholders.
I worked with a team to design and embed a global change management toolkit and training to support individuals, change specialists and leaders to navigate change more effectively. I have experience of developing and embedding project management and leadership development toolkits and performance models in complex environments, with a focus on engaging staff to adopt new guidance.
